UGANDA February 2021
TANZANIA, 2021, 2022....

Due to overwhelming response, there are more group offerings.  Safari bookings from 2 to 18 people, email me for more info!!

A primarily primate safari in Uganda. From Entebbe, to Murchison Falls, to  Kibale  for chimpanzee trekking and visit the people of the community. The Nile River to Queen Elizabeth National Park with land and boat safaris for unique game and bird viewing on the Kazinga Channel. Travel to Bwindi  Impenetrable forest with the highlight concluding with gorilla trekking. Join a group in February, or create your own group to accommodate the dates that work for you.  You will cross the equator  and be able to shop for souvenirs as you make your way back home.  Uganda is a relatively new Africa tourist destination, but it is quickly gaining traction as a top destination because of its’ beautiful, natural environment, rich culture and inviting hospitality.  Just imagine meeting the spectacular mountain gorillas of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, and watching the inquisitive wild chimpanzees. The animals, from lions to buffalo and beyond. The birds, from small to the giant Shoebill, and hundreds of more varieties. Reptiles, plants, the amazing tea plantations and most of all the people. It all makes for an adventure of a lifetime. Uganda is called the Pearl of Africa for a reason, come experience it for yourself. You’ll be glad you did.

Email for more information and dates, also see pdf attachment.

An East African safari in Tanzania is a dream come true for many people. You may get to see one of the last great migrations this earth has to offer, the wildebeest migration! Begin by arriving at Mt. Kilimanjaro Airport to start your private safari or meet the group and embark on a unique safari itinerary for the next several days (suggested 8 - 10 days). See the big five, marvel at the scenery and be amazed by the culture and smiles of the Maasai tribes, as you visit Ngorogoro Crater, the Serengeti and Lake Manyara. Customized group or private safaris can be made just for you, couples, small or large groups. African safari family reunions are popular, as are honeymoon safaris!  Email for more information and sample itineraries can be made to your liking, for dates, accommodations and locations. You pick the dates. Serengeti or anywhere in Africa - here you come!!!

Future Destinations:

Planning for the post-pandemic adventures that await all of us.

As covid-19 has caused most travel to come to a screeching halt, it has become a time to reminisce, dream and plan. Mama Kuku Travel has had many requests for future adventures to several destinations.  Much requested remains South America with Machu Picchu, Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands.  Two colder locations of Alaska and Antarctica have received many inquiries. I always want to hear from travelers where they want to go next. So, the planning has begun to destinations both near and far. Check back for postings of future adventures to include those destinations mentioned above, plus there is always an African safari in the works. We shall travel again
